Dr Chong Yeang Chern

Dr Chong Yeang Chern graduated from Medical School, National University of Singapore in 1998. She was awarded her Masters in Family Medicine in 2003. She is a member of American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, having attained a diploma in Aesthetic Medicine.

She is also trained in Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine.

Dr Chong spent 5 years in Singapore polyclinics, holding the position of Deputy Head before she joined Asia HealthPartners. She is proficient in English, Chinese, dialects (Teo-chew, Hokkien) and Japanese (JLPT N2 certification).

Dr Chong is a family practitioner with more than 10 years of clinical experience. Her special interests are in wellness - health screening, anti-aging management, travel medicine, education and health promotion.

In addition she is experienced in the care of chronic medical conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and osteoporosis. She has piloted weight management programmes with successful outcomes. She was involved in the teaching of medical doctors doing the Masters of Family Medicine Programme. She is also well trained in men and women's health issues. She dedicates time to give medical talks for public education and has contributed articles for many magazines. She is currently the medical advisor for a men's magazine.

She is known for her caring and holistic approach towards all patients. She would like to be seen not just as a healer, but also a confidante for her patients. She believes in providing quality medical care as well as incorporating wellness into lifestyles.

Dr Yong Bo Ling

Dr Yong Bo Ling graduated from the University of Singapore in 1975 with the degree of Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery and obtained her designated factory Doctor status with the Ministry of labour in 1983. She is a family practitioner with more than 40 years experience.

Dr Yong is a Family Physician and a member of the College of Family Physician, Singapore. She has also been awarded her Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health by the National University of Singapore in 2012. Her focus on Health Screen had earned her in 2009 Care Champion Excellence award in the NHG group of clinics.

Dr Yong also graduated in Law from the University of Exeter, UK more than 10 years ago. She was awarded the Postgraduate Diploma in Singapore Law by the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar. Although currently she is not in legal practice, Dr Yong is an Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.

Dr Yong is appointed onto the Inaugural Panel of Mediators in the Healthcare Mediation Scheme and is actively involved in mediation of healthcare and non-healthcare cases as well as cases in Small claims Tribunal.

She is a family physician with a wide range of clinical experience and training in obstetrics and gynaecology, general surgery, general medicine, hand surgery, anaesthesia, intensive care, and primary healthcare.

Dr Koh was awarded her Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2015 by Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.

She has served in the public sector for more than 15 years prior to joining the team of dedicated doctors at AsiaHealth Partners.

She attained her Fellowship in Family Medicine with The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2015. Having worked in various medical settings in hospitals, rural health, metropolitan clinics and health screening clinics, she has a strong understanding of the clinical needs of an individual from various backgrounds.

She returned to Singapore in 2017 and worked at Yishun polyclinic of the National Healthcare Group till 2022. Having a strong passion in her clinical work in family medicine and a strong advocate to bridge the public and private primary health care, she was appointed to be in the Chronic Disease GP Decantment Program planning of the Primacy Care Network in 2019. She was appointed deputy for the national pilot program of Paediatric GP Decantment Project with the Primary Care Network in 2020-2022.

Having a passion in keeping fit herself through various sports, she is able to engage her patients towards a healthy lifestyle by being a role model herself.

Dr Fong is an accredited member of the Family Physician Board of the Singapore Medical Council and a PaedsENGAGE certified partner.
